Throughout his career, Nav has worked as a Client Coordinator, Specialist Support Coordinator (Level 3) and Managing Director of We Empower Disability Services. He has in-depth knowledge of the NDIS and is committed to helping participants understand their plans, access suitable supports and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Nav is known for genuinely caring about the people he supports. He takes the time to understand each participant’s individual needs, goals and circumstances and is committed to going above and beyond to provide responsive, practical and person-centred assistance. His professional and compassionate approach has consistently earned five-star feedback from clients and families.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Diploma of Community Services. He is also undertaking further studies in Business Management and Leadership to strengthen his skills in service delivery, organisational management and team development.

Varinda Kaur is an experienced Registered Nurse and aged care professional with more than 12 years of experience across aged care, hospital, rehabilitation and palliative care settings.

She holds a Certificate III in Aged Care and a Bachelor of Nursing from Federation University. Throughout her career, Varinda has worked as a Personal Care Worker, Registered Nurse and Nurse in Charge, supporting people with a wide range of clinical and personal care needs.
She is currently completing a Master of Speech Pathology at Federation University. As Service Manager at We Empower Disability Services, Varinda is committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred support.
Dhawani Bhardwaj is a qualified Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing and extensive experience across aged care, acute hospital settings, gastro-surgical care, oncology, haematology and palliative care.
